God's Prescription For Health Series (Community Event)

Saddleback Church members have lost 280,000 pounds combined over the last 11 months through a health program called The Daniel Plan - Gods Prescription For Health (GPFH). The pastor of the church, Rick Warren has lost nearly 60 pounds to date. New Hope Windward (NHW) will kick off the same series on Sunday January 22, 2012. Free Sunday services are at Regal Cinemas at Windward Mall at 7 a.m., 8:30 a.m., and 10 a.m. The program includes loads of advice from 3 renowned medical authorities. Dr. Mehmet Oz, Dr. Mark Hyman, and Dr. Daniel Amen provide their coaching and expertise in the areas of the brain, heart, and metabolism. GPFH is an all around getting healthier in mind, body, and spirit program.In addition to NHW’s free Sunday services, free once a week evening workshops are also available.
